NewBridge Warranty Policy

 

Product performance and reliability have always been important guiding principles for Extron. Quality and reliability are two of the most important design criteria for every NewBridge product. The confidence we have achieved has enabled us to enhance our support program. Providing this World Class Warranty is another example of NewBridge's commitment to stand behind our products and our customers.

 

The majority of the NewBridge product line is covered by a 1-3 year warranty on parts and labor covering defects in material and workmanship.

 

Fiber Optic Cable Assemblies, Copper Cable Assemblies, Professional Fiber Optic Systems, DVI and HDMI Cable and Fiber Extenders, Ethernet Fiber Optic Systems and Optical Routing Switchers provided by NewBridge are covered by a 1-2 year warranty on parts and labor covering defects in material and workmanship.

 

Extended warranty's are available on all products. Please ask your Sales Professional.

 

To receive warranty service the equipment is to be returned to NewBridge at the customer's expense. The equipment is typically repaired or replaced and returned to the customer via two-day shipment. The repair and service cost after the warranty period or for non-warranty repairs are billed for parts, labor and return shipment. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to NewBridge.
