Newbridge fiber optical transmission equipments are wildly used in a variety markets and applications .We serve security market with products used for transmitting CCTV ,Access Control, Process Monitor signals over optical fiber ,building basic video-only to multi-channel multiplexing systems and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). Also Our Digital Video Server (Video Encoder) provides solutions for migrating analog security system into IP-based system. We serve fiber communication market with Ethernet Media Converter. The full speed range 10M, 10M/100M, 10M/100M/1000M and managed Ethernet Media Converters are available from our facility. We can offer a whole solution in HD CCTV surveillance,from HD-SDI camera ,HD-SDI camera SPD,HD-SDI repeater,HD-SDI transceiver,HD-SDI distributer ,HD-SDI Matrix and HD-SDI monitor(display wall).and we have been used in broadcast converter,from 3G-SDI to HDMI converter to HDMI to 3G-SDI converter.
About Our Plant
Newbridge manufacture base which located in Shenzhen is certified by ISO9001:2000, we have founded a set of efficient quality system in design, manufacture, packing, shipment, customer complaint handling and corrective action follow-up. Furthermore, JIT production is totally applied within the factory; this can ensure us offer high quality products as well as shorter lead time and on time delivery.we have three product lines, and the first line is SMT line (surface Mounting Technology). there are three sets SMT high-speed device , two sets full automatic screen printer and one sets reflow Soldering in this line .daily output is up to 20 million dots per 12 hours. The second line is Plug-in lines. There is one sets Wave Soldering, Shearing machine and full function test equipment. The third line is assembly line, the last heat aging and test are the strictest.
